Rodie came to my home. Wrong address.
He backed up my driveway, hit my well house, and knocked it off the concrete pad.
Now I get a better from Mckala needing all kinds of detail. Home Depot and Sedgwick Ins should handle this.

I’ve called, texted, lastly emailed the company and their additude is their share zero blame for package drop off location. I’m disabled , I’ve begged for help to resolve issue placing package out of heat until I can have someone bring it inside.
To absolutely no avail. I autoship every two weeks so I look out for hrs for driver to ask to help.
This is co discrimination as far as I’m concerned bc neither co will fix issue. I’ve never dealt w a co that didn’t have delivery options !
Customer service call on hold over an hour plus 20 mins no one ever picked up. Sent an email an info to please contact me snd the reason for the call.
Ignored drivers aren’t the problem.
It’s the lack of communication w drivers and customer service being unable to contact. Even drivers have same complaints !
But the ability to contact drivers doesn't work. Only one driver has received my texts asking for the placement of items in the garage. I'm disabled and can't move if left on the front porch. Two, there must be some way to put on my account garage delivery only.
The drivers have always been happy to do so, but I'm not always well enough to speak to someone when they arrive, so I'm very happy with the drivers, but calling customer service and holding over an hour is definitely not happy. Please call me back to discuss this matter. You are an UPS company; they place my items in the garage. So you can mark my name and address to do so: ***.
PetSmart can't help because they have no affiliation with your company. This is ongoing every single delivery. Please, I get food every two weeks. If I need to have medical tests done, I'm not here to ask the driver - food can't sit outside in the sun all day long.
This is your issue to resolve between phone numbers that don't connect to drivers.
One driver only received my message. Look at my history.

My package from Best Buy was delivered...
My package from Best Buy was delivered to the wrong address. It was delivered to the wrong street name and the wrong building number.
It was supposed to go to 1960 Nice Drive. It was delivered to 1930 San Remo Drive.
I tried to contact the driver but got no response. This delivery service is terrible!

Small error
I started creating my account last year but never got around to finishing it. I go back this year and it says I have two accounts.
I have no clue what my password was because I never finished it. The only thing on my end is my info I put in, which tells me I have two accounts, but I can't access what the AI is recommending me to do.

I hate the way gigs are signed assigned
- - No phone contact; gig approvals slow, causing declines when passing locations.
- - Pay per mile is too low.
- - Other apps offer faster gigs.
You cant speak to a live agent when you are a given a gig its after you left the area by then you dont want to return to the area because theres too much traffic to get back so then you have to decline the gig which is inconvenient. time is money.
I am not going to sit somewhere waiting until I am approved for a gig and if I do wait once I pass the location and Im on my way home. Im not doing the gig. Im not going back because thats extra miles extra time as it is. Brody doesnt charge senders enough to ship their deliveries or to drive their deliveries.
They dont even pay a dollar on the mile so they have to go back after you passed. The location is already losing a lot more money.
Its losing money just accepting it because because the pay isnt high enough for the drive I think Im just not gonna drive for Rudy because when I ask for a gig, I expect to get it right away. Ive got other apps that Im working on and if they come up and theyre there faster than you Im gonna accept theirs first and I hate that you dont have a phone number to call and talk to Somebody
